He is correct. It is very hard to get new products on the market. Some may take ten yrs or more like the Fatbells did. I got my first FatFormance Band prototype’s made in 2014, ten yrs ago. I know #57 & #63 still have the ones l gave them back then.
To get around the products not for sale yet, l gave him my other Fat-Formance Prototype. Problem solved. @levi_the_fireman has the other one up at Charlotte Fire Department
