Post Heavy Squat Low-back Distraction


@levi_the_fireman & l love this post squat drill! This is only one of a half do l zen in our arsenal. Usually spend upwards of two minutes like this. Using a belt squat belt and the Happy Rings straps.

If you do not have a fancy DT Tempering Roller (purchase one immediately 😜) use anything you can hold. Med ball. DBs! Ruck bag. This is free because you should already have these items in your training facility.

Look here Bo! I don’t wait for the experts to give me the ‘nod of approval!’ They weren’t around approving of anything l did when l had 1200+ pounds on my back. Why would l need their go ahead now? I think for myself.

This we have done for years. It’s not something new we just tried the other day. Don’t wait for 15 yrs to go by, l am long gone and the experts are then giving athletes the nod ‘try this!’ 🤡🤡

Like the feet & ankles l told the powerlifting world about 15 plus yrs ago, now it’s acceptable.
